Charlie Crystle, CEO
Charlie Crystle brings over 13 years of software leadership and nonprofit software advisory services to Mission Research. As the founder and CEO of Chili!Soft, he grew the business to industry leadership, positioning it for its successful acquisition by Cobalt Networks (now part of Sun Microsystems) for $70 million in May 2000.
Charlie is on the boards of directors of the Lancaster YMCA, and the Alliance for Sustainability in Minnesota, and has served as an advisor and volunteer for Witness.org, NPower NY, and Casa Alianza. He is the executive producer of Emmy-nominated "Children in a Jar", a documentary about the plight of street children in Nicaragua and Honduras. Charlie's favorite nonprofit organizations are The RFK Memorial, Just Harvest, Room to Read, Social Venture Network, and The Lake Mokoma Conservancy.
David Weaver, Chief Technology Officer
David Weaver is an innovator who changed the landscape of internet server software. As the founding architect at Chili!Soft, he was one of the first developers worldwide to enable web servers to use programming logic. At Sun Microsystems, Dave led the Proxy Server team. Dave was the co-founder of Colver Systems and LunchMall, an online event support system. Dave's favorite nonprofits are the United Way of New York City, Community Food Resource Center, and the Urban Justice Center of New York City.
Chris Walker, Director of Operations
Chris Walker built online marketing and customer advocacy programs for Chili!Soft and contributes significant experience in public management to Mission Research. His favorite nonprofits are United Disabilities Services, The Fulton Opera House, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and The New School of Lancaster.
